Submission Instructions
This form will allow you to submit up to 12 meal preferences - this applies to individual tickets, 10 and 12 seat tables and Sponsor's tickets.
Should you have more than 12 meal preferences in total, please make a meal preference submission for each table and provide the appropriate Invoice Id(s) with the form.
For online purchases, the Invoice Id can be found in your Account as part of the Orders page. Otherwise a reference ID will have been emailed to you.
To submit you preferences:
- Enter the Name Primary Contact - this is the person we will contact to resolve any issue with Meal Preference Submission.
- Enter the Company. Make sure all your Dinner Preference submissions share the same name! This is to ensure the tickets are assigned to the same table!
- Enter the Contact's phone number and email
- Provide any Special Seating Instructions (Note: Food allergies should be provided with the Meal Preference). We will try our best to accommodate the positioning of table requests but this cannot be guaranteed.
- For each attendee, enter the Name of the ticket holder, their meal preference and any Food allergies.
- Click the checkbox, to add another Meal Preference.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Press the Enter button.
